The 6th District Federal Court ruled to re-instate President Biden & OSHA’s COVID testing and vaccine executive order. Employers of 100 or more employees must now plan on how to comply with the January 10th OSHA mandate. Failure to comply can result in tens of thousands of dollars in fines. The ruling means that employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or receive a negative weekly COVID-19 test in order to report to work.
