OSHA COVID TESTING & VACCINE MANDATE
The 6th District Federal Court ruled to re-instate President Biden & OSHA’s COVID testing and vaccine executive order. Employers of 100 or more employees must now plan on how to comply with the January 10th OSHA mandate. Failure to comply can result in tens of thousands of dollars in fines. The ruling means that employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or receive a negative weekly COVID-19 test in order to report to work.
For most employers, there are likely more questions than answers. Moving forward with the wrong answers could be catastrophic. Resulting in fines, employee shortages, and reduced productivity… just to name a few.
The most important question to answer is who you will partner with to implement testing and data reporting. Choose the wrong vendor, and you could end up with one who fails to provide all you need in order to be compliant or end up with one who charges exorbitant fees.
